So that this really happens, we used methods and already proven experiences in other latitudes, as far as values of natural renovation.-The Environmental Division of APLA will establish the regulation to follow in each Zone, having by bases the sustentability of the ground, its species and the natural production. Civilian with Legal Function and position of agent N° 9336San Martin 2992 - Montevideo - Tel.(598 02)208 19 39E.mail: apla_work®hotmail.com Feb. 2007Presentation.This Civil Association was founded the 14 of October of the 2000 with the purpose of collaborating with the society by means of initiatives that extend the work opportunities and promote nontraditional experiences in the productive field.-This proposal takes us to consider that the lack of supply , as a limitant of our intention of work, is changed by the Self-management labor, reason why we integrate it to the title, and as well as the labor projects occupy the center of our attention, the alternative projects allows us to face the problems with greater flexibility of methods and procedures, in the eagerness to really solve them.-From July of the 2000 we met in the House of the Culture of Zonal the 3 (IMM) of Gral Flores 3478 and have granted psychological and social support to many unemployed people who came very discouraged. Our information was based on the fortification of the self-esteem, with direction of group techniques, which was constituted in a positive and efficient experience for this situation. In that process of economic deterioration we perceived the necessity to have a solution for those who already were eating skipped, with sustentables perspective.-Taking to the healthy feeding, like essential subject of the vital process, we have oriented our efforts to make specific agroecológicos projects and of organic production in order to obtain a labor reactivation simultaneously and a natural and sustainable atmosphere.-In the process of integration of the Association they have been gotten up personal values ready to work and to collaborate in the projects, as well as their diverse subjects and the necessity of alternatives for young people, took to us to prepare advanced training courses that have their labor continuity in the own projects that we impelled.-We counted with a farming Technician, three associated with experience in farm and organic orchard. A Technician in Social Communication, a teacher of offices and an educator, in addition to collaborator with other knowledge, ready to participate in the proposal. Thus we covered the tasks of transaction, spreading and administration, indispensable for the good general operation.-From our basic objective to generate a farm of educative and social character, we have had positive repercussions in state offices with respect to our group qualification with labor direction, reason why we are transacting propose according to its necessities.-- Project of group qualification for Pymes and Cooperatives presented/displayed in the Ministry of Industry and Energy and in proceeding with Intendance of Lavalleja to make it in Pirarajá.-- Project of group qualification like labor alternative for young people of inside and outside the INAU being made in the premises of the INAU in Av. San Martin and Quesada, File 5479/05 in course.-- Request of 20 Hás. of the Home San Ildefonso of the INAU for agrarian practice of groups (2ª. stage of qualification) Exp.2307/03 in course.-- Feb.2007 - We have decided an Agreement with the rural establishment “the Paradigm”, located in the place “the Witches” of the Depto. Of Canelones with the intention of developing oriented didactic and social activities to the concretion of Rural Project APLA.We have 1 and ½ Há. For agrarian practices and the use of the facilities for meetings and education. PROYECTO RURAL A.P.L.A.

Atendiendo a la grave situación que viven quienes han perdido su empleo, los integrantes de la Asociación Civil A.P.L.A. se han propuesto la CREACIÓN de granjas de carácter socio-laboral con un triple contenido para dar una respuesta satisfactoria: 1 – una granja propiamente dicha, para generar alimentos dando apoyo a los más necesitados, atendida por participantes de APLA y a la vez oficiando de SEDE para promover la formación de grupos laborales de toda índole, fomentar las propuestas e iniciativas de los asistentes, orientando y asesorando en todo cuanto esté a nuestro alcance; 2 – un espacio educativo no formal orientado a adolescentes y a interesados en conocer otras opciones de vida, de carácter preventivo; 3 – un espacio para mayores promoviendo la vida sana en un ambiente activo y saludable.- Aunque el tema laboral es central en la propuesta general, no es menos importante la capacitación grupal ya que en su contenido se destaca la visión del proceso social actual y las ventajas que adquiere un grupo organizado para superar las dificultades desde una perspectiva diferente.- En esta propuesta no solo valoramos el trabajo en equipo por la eficiencia y practicidad que significa sino también por su aplicación en la vida cotidiana, y las tareas en una granja unifican el trato laboral y el social.- - o - o -
